Personal data contained in invoices and other accounting documents are processed by the Company in order to perform its legal obligations resulting from accounting and tax regulations and in order to pursue the legitimate interests of the Company (possible redress) – art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c and f GDPR. The data is obtained from you and from publicly available registers (CEIDG, KRS). The following personal data is processed: the company and address of the seller or buyer, tax identification number, possible details of the signatory and other data placed on invoices and other accounting documents.
